DefinitionsThe following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for Energi Campers Italy
- The Supplier means the operator of Energi Campers Italy.
- The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or the renter (s).
Terms and Conditions
1. Terms of payment.
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. Payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card at the time of confirmation.
The supplier will collect an additional deposit of 40% of the total amount. This payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card shortly after booking has been confirmed.
The balance payable is due 15 days prior to pick up. This payment will be deducted from your nominated credit card by the supplier. Failing this will cancel the reservation loss on the advance. The deposit must be paid at the beginning of the journey.
2. Disclaimers.
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
In case of cancellation in advance of the trip will be the following penalties:
- If it occurs up to 33 days before the start of the trip no penalties apply. BS, MS in 50% and 100% in AS the sums paid.
- If the cancellation is made within 33 days from the date of departure the penalty amounts to the total sum in all periods.
No refund is due if the client, for personal reasons, beginning with time delay or advance in the journey.

3. Use and limitations of the vehicle.
The use of the vehicle must be made in such a way as to remain in any case covered by insurance for it signed and will not result in the use of the same for the specific purposes other than the transfer housing. In particular, incompatible with this contract:
a) the sub-charter the vehicle,
b) its loan (free loan) to individuals who do not appear among those declared by the customer as a person,
c) the exercise by the vehicle of any kind,
d) allow the vehicle to be driven by a person who is not among those stated, including the conductors, which is incurred by the customer or waste in or cancellation of the insurance policy with respect to any RCA conversing. 4. Number of people.
The number of people moved within does not exceed the maximum number indicated on the registration document of the country which is used.
5. Requirements for drivers.
The vehicle must not be conducted by a person whose physical conditions do not comply with the provisions of the rules of the road the country in which it is used. Minimum age is 18 years with patent valid.
6. Respect of the movement.
The customer will use the vehicle in strict compliance with the Highway Code and all the regulations in the country of use. Any violations or the fines will be charged.
7. Use due diligence.
The customer will use the vehicle with due diligence in order to protect the personal safety and integrity of transported things.
8. Security.
The withdrawal of the vehicle is subject to the payment on deposit of an amount of € 1000.00 due to cover the deductible of the policy RCA / cask / fire / theft and excess miles and / or any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or third party during the trip. The deposit will be returned after 30 days the return, after checking the vehicle's condition. In the event of an accident, the deposit will be withheld until the determination of liability of legal or contractual.
Deposit of €1000,00 with credit card or cash.
9. Expenditure charged to the customer.
Will be charged to the customer all costs relating to the possible transfer of the car over any border state those for obtaining visas, permits, or temporary import or export of all that is present in the vehicle, including equipment on board provided by the landlord.
10. Term.
The duration, as required under this contract is binding. Exceptionally, the landlord reserves the right to grant any extension, through confirmation telegraph. Any delay in delivery of the vehicle will be charged in quadruple measure of the rate in effect for each day or fraction thereof. The delay will be counted as Dall'Ora thereafter decided the contract for the delivery.
11. Variation beginning.
The Lessor reserves the right to advance or delay the start of the trip under this contract in consideration of mechanical failures or other circumstances beyond its control. In case of delays, the Lessor will notify the customer promptly which will be refunded the amount paid.
12. Repair.
If during the journey not the vehicle mechanical failures occur due all asserts ordinary diligence by the customer, for repairs will be made directly by the customer for amounts not exceeding € 100. For repairs exceeding the customer will require prior permission from the landlord.
13. Return vehicle.
The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions, clean the inside and the water storage drain properly drained. In the event of default will be deducted from the amount paid € 100 as a penalty. In addition, the customer is responsible for the accessories to him assigned as a spare tire, etc. That will be charged in case of theft or damage. From 4 PM of Fridays to 11 AM Mondays for Weekends.
17. Tariffs include:
RC Auto Insurance, Casko with a deductible of €1000,00, Theft and fire, Green card, Vehicle registration tax, Europa assistance, Iva 20%, Bicycle rack, Veranda, Car radio, Electricity cable, Water pipe, Water filled tanks.
18. Fines
€ 70,00 for not emptying the tanks (water and WC)
€ 50,00 for not cleaning the inside of the camper
19. Travel insurance
The supplier strongly recommends that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due.
