compulsory fees, extra items may still be payable upon pick up of your vehicle in their local currency.
(Please note, If you book in the local currency of the country where your rental takes place the standard payment terms described under the heading Payment Terms will apply.)

- Unlimited third party insurance cover (persons 7.67 million Euro, property unlimited).
- Fully comprehensive insurance (1,500.00 Euro excess), partially comprehensive (500.00 Euro excess) per claim
- Unlimited mileage
- Wear and maintenance repairs
- Legally mandatory VAT
2. Deposit
The deposit must be supplied on collection of the vehicle. The amount of the deposit is 1,500.00 Euro (cash or charge-free travellers cheques).
The deposit is confirmed on a checklist, along with the condition of the vehicle. Will be returned unredeemed, provided there is no damage to the
vehicle.
3. Method of Payment
A non refundable booking deposit is required to secure your motorhome booking. The exact amount is detailed in the breakdown of pricing.
A second stage payment of 500.00 Euro is to be paid within 5 days of the lessor issuing written confirmation of the reservation as a separate transaction. In the case of non-compliance with this deadline, the lessor is no longer bound by the confirmation. After confirmation of the reservation, and at the latest two weeks before commencement of the rental, the full expected price is to be paid.
In the case of a short-term booking, the full price is due immediately. Any and each reminder will incur a charge of 5.00 Euro. Default interest is charged at 4 % over the German bank base rate, at a minimum of 6 % per annum. The hirer can prove limited damage by default. Should a debt collection agency be employed in the case of default, then the hirer is liable for all costs arising from this.
4. Charges
The rental price is calculated by the lessor upon return of the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned by 18.00 on the final day of rental. The agreed rental price is still payable in the case of earlier return of the vehicle. Should the vehicle be returned late, the current basic daily price will be charged. The lessor reserves the right to claim for further damage.
5. Collection, Return and Cleaning Fees
Collection and return times are between 08.00 and 18.00.
The rental price is calculated based on the daily price for the current season and the number of rental days. Collection and return days are counted as rental days. Vehicles are collected in a clean condition, with a full tank of fuel, and are to be returned with the WC and sewage tank emptied. For complete cleaning of the returned vehicle, the hirer will pay: 45.00 Euro for the exterior, 80.00 Euro for the interior, and 55.00 Euro for WC and wet cell cleaning and disinfection.
Upon return of the vehicle, a certificate of delivery will be produced. Unconditional signing of this is recognition by the hirer of the condition of the vehicle as stipulated in the contract.
6. Reservation and Cancellation
The rental contract begins upon receipt by the lessor of written confirmation of the booking.
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
Should the hirer cancel the contract before the start of the agreed rental period, the following percentage of the expected rental price is to be paid, as per booking data: 25 % for cancellation before the first rental day, 50 % for cancellation up to 63 days before the first rental day, 100 % for cancellation up to 18 days before the first rental day. Non-collection of the camper is counted as a cancellation. The rental price agreed in the contract is also payable if the vehicle is returned early. The hirer can arrange protection against costs arising from cancellation by taking out travel cancellation insurance. The general terms and conditions of the travel cancellation insurance apply. On request, documentation for this can be sent with the booking confirmation. Cancellation must be communicated in writing by registered post or fax.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
8. Repairs
The hirer may arrange repairs which are necessary to guarantee the safety and roadworthiness of the vehicle, up to a price of 77.00 Euro, without further question. Larger repairs are only permitted with the consent of the lessor. The lessor will reimburse repair costs against production of appropriate receipts, provided the hirer is not responsible for the damage.
9. Trips Abroad/Island Hopping
Trips into neighbouring countries and island hopping (with the exception of the Peloponnes) are only permitted following prior discussion with the lessor. This must be stated at the time of booking and requires prior written approval.
10. Authorised Drivers
The minimum age to hire/drive a rental vehicle is 21.
Further, the hirer/authorised driver must have held a valid class III (Germany) driving license for at least one year. The vehicle is only to be driven by the hirer and the drivers named in the rental. Drivers are always required to have held a valid driving license for at least one year. The lessor may demand names and addresses of all drivers of the vehicle, where these are not already given in the rental agreement. The drivers are the agents of the hirer.
11. Prohibited Use
The hirer is forbidden to use the vehicle for the following:
1. Subletting and lending of the vehicle
2. Travelling in war and crisis zones
3. Transporting explosives, highly inflammable, poisonous, radioactive or other hazardous substances.
4. Participating in motor sport events and vehicle performance tests
5. Perpetrating customs or other criminal offences, even where these are only punishable by on the spot fines.
6. Travelling on unsealed roads is prohibited (no insurance cover).

Partially comprehensive with 500.00 Euro (e.g. window claims) per claim
- All other claims are entirely at the expense of the hirer

The hirer must notify the police of any accident where it is necessary to establish which driver was at fault, if persons have been injured, or if the expected damage exceeds 1,500.00 Euro, should the required findings not be otherwise obtainable. Admission of equal fault is prohibited. Both the lessor and the relevant police authority must be informed immediately of damage by fire, theft and wild animals, for claims over 50.00 Euro. The hirer must present the lessor with a detailed written report and sketch, even for minor damages. The accident report must include names and addresses of the persons involved and any witnesses, as well as the registration numbers of the vehicles involved. Should the expected extent of the damage exceed the owner’s liability, or the vehicle no longer be roadworthy, the lessor must be informed by telephone.
14. Hirer’s Liability
1. The hirer is liable for damages amounting to 1,500.00 Euro per claim under the fully comprehensive insurance and 500.00 Euro under the partially comprehensive insurance.
2. However, the hirer’s liability for accidental damages is unlimited if the damage was caused with malicious intent or by recklessness, or if the damage is the result of unfitness to drive because of alcohol or drugs. The same applies for damages caused by disregard for sign 265 – overhead clearance – according to § 41 para. 2 fig. 6 of the German highway code. If the hirer fails to stop at the scene of the accident or to fulfil his obligations according to figure 12 of these terms and conditions, he becomes fully liable unless this failure has made no difference to the preparation of the claim.
3. The hirer is also entirely liable for all claims arising from use of the vehicle by an unauthorised driver (figure 9) or for prohibited purposes (figure 10), from the vehicle’s load, or from improper treatment of the vehicle.
4. Damages to the interior fittings and the radio, tyre defects, water damage and damages during reversing are not covered by insurance.
15. Lessor’s Liability
The lessor is liable for all damages caused to the hirer, up to the extent of the cover provided by the third party vehicle insurance taken out for the vehicle. For damages not covered by the insurance, the lessor’s liability is limited to damages to property arising through malicious intent or recklessness. The lessor will not be held responsible for the safekeeping of objects left behind by the hirer upon return of the vehicle. Should the
vehicle become unavailable as the result of force majeure, the payment made by the hirer will be returned in full. Should the vehicle become unavailable due to the death of the previous hirer, the payment made by the hirer will likewise be returned in full. This is the full extent of the hirer’s rights.
Pets and Smoking
Pets are allowed but extra cleaning fee will apply. Smoking is forbidden in our vehicles.
16. Storage and Transmission of Personal Data
The lessor is entitled to use data held about the hirer, which is regarding or in connection with the business relationship, whether this has been collected by the lessor or by a third party, within the context of the Federal Data Protection Act.

We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier.
