Bail refers to your bond paid to the vehicle supplier
General Provisions
The vehicle can be rented by legal or natural persons; the driver must be at least 25 years old and must have a valid category B driving licence and at least 5 years driving experience.
Only the individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorised to drive the vehicle. If a legal person rents the vehicle, then it is entitled to authorise, by means of internal travel order, another individual to use the vehicle provided this individual meets the requirements stipulated above. The vehicle shall not be sub-leased.
It is forbidden to smoke in the vehicle as well as to transport any kind of animals. Any failure to observe such prohibition shall be fined with 200, 00 €.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to use the vehicle for illegal activities, crimes, contraventions of customs laws and other contraventions, to instruct an unlicensed person in the operation of the vehicle, to toll any other vehicles, in any sport competitions as well as to carry flammable and explosive substances, substances with strong and offensive odours.
The beginning of the rental starts with the signing of the agreement by the two parties and the payment of the total rental fee and Damage Deposit.
By signing the rental agreement both parties confirm that the vehicle is fully functional and it has all the necessary equipment and documents. The list of equipment as well as any identified minor flaws is listed in the technical part of the agreement.
The rental finishes with the signing of the handover documents, the payment of any identified further charges respectively the refund of the damage deposit if there are no impediments for this (contraventions of the road traffic law, damage in or on the vehicle, delays, reckless usage etc.).
The Client/Renter shall report to the Lessor/Owner problems of any kind, road accidents, and breakdowns on the road etc. so that the problem is solved together. The Client/Renter shall deliver to the Lessor/Owner the European Motor Accident Report as well as, after returning the vehicle to the Lessor/Owner, the results of an alcohol consumption test. If the Client/Renter does not call the police and does not deliver the police report (or European Accident Report), the entire cost of the damage or loss of the rented vehicle shall be charged to the Client/Renter even if the Client/Renter is not responsible for the occurred damaging event.
The prolongation of the rental period is not possible without a confirmation of the Lessor/Owner (text message).
For standard (regular) prices, the minimum rental period is 5 days (mid and off-season), during high season 7 days, and during super high season the minimum rental period is 10 days.
For 15+ days motor home rentals we offer a discount of 5%, and for rentals of more than 22+ days we offer a discount of 10%. Long term rental fee will be especially negotiated. For 1 day rentals, the price is 150% higher, 2 days +80%, 3 days +40% and for 4 days rental +15% on daily price.
All fees include VAT. The number of kilometres is limited to 400km per day. Any excess is charged at 0, 21€/kilometre.
Price includes:
Mandatory motor vehicle liability insurance, Casco insurance ( -1% of value of the vehicle) and travellers' insurance, toilet chemicals, gas (1-2 bottles), full tank of fresh water, empty tank for waste water and clean toilet cassette. Air conditioning in the cabin, CD and radio, in some models LCD TV and air conditioning 220V,
sun canopy, 15m water hose, cable for electricity, adapter for electricity, shade for the motor home windscreen, levellers for the vehicle.
Price does not include
Fuel, highway tolls, bed linen, towels, dishes, outdoor table and chairs and bicycles.
The insurance does not cover the damages till 1% of the new vehicle price, damage of the tyres, rims and the lower body of the vehicle.
Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation of the lease 24 days before collection of the vehicle, we retain 30%. In case of cancellation of the lease 18-23 days prior to pick-up, will retain 50%, and if the lease is canceled 10-17 days before taking vehicle, we retain 75%. If cancelled 10 days prior to pick-up 100% of the amount.
If you pay the full amount of rental and cancel 2 - 6 days before taking the vehicle, we retain 50% of the lease, in case of cancellation the day before the lease or on the day of pick up, we reserve 80% cancellation fee.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
When picking up the vehicle the Client/Renter pays the amount of 6.000, 00kn /800,00€ (for Aviano I640G, Grall Z600 and Riviera Elite 8000,00kn// 1100,00€ ) as guarantee that the Client/Renter shall return the vehicle in the same condition as received. The Damage Deposit covers the loss of Casco insurance bonus in the event of accident caused by the Client/Renter. In the event of any kind of outside damage to the vehicle (to the body of the vehicle and chassis), the Damage Deposit shall not be refunded until the vehicle is not repaired and the insurance company does not issue a document stating the amount lost by the Lessor/Owner on account of loss of bonus until the return to the old bonus, as well as the fact that the insurance company did not receive any further claims from third persons regarding payment of damages that the Client/Renter caused. The Damage Deposit will cover the diminished value of the vehicle due to the caused damage. If a damage on or inside the vehicle which was caused by the Client/Renter is not covered by Casco, the Lessor/Owner will calculate the cost of the damage immediately after the assessment of the situation and, if the cost of the damage is smaller than the Damage Deposit, he will refund the difference immediately. If it is not possible to calculate the cost immediately, the Lessor/Owner is entitled to keep the full amount of the Damage Deposit until the vehicle is mended and return the difference at the final calculation. By signing the agreement the Client/Renter acknowledges that he/she will cover a higher cost of the caused damage, higher than the Damage Deposit. The Damage Deposit will be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. In case payment damage deposit by credit card using POS mashine, when The lessor refund amount will be decreased for 5% ( The bank provision transaction). In case when the Client/Renter using Diners or Americen express card, provision is 0%.
PLEASE NOTE: 1% OF VALUE NEW VEHICLE(Challenger Genesis 33, Challenger Genesis 43GF, Challenger Genesis 55, Challenger Genesis 63, Rimor Koala 50) - APPX 500,00€. ALL DAMAGES TILL THIS AMOUNT HAS TO PAY CLIENT.
Pick up and Return of the Vehicle
The Lessor/Owner rents the motor home in a clean and fully functional state, with fuel tank full, fresh water tank full, a full bottle of gas (1-2), toilet chemicals and tank for waste water empty and clean toilet cassette. The service of cleaning the rented vehicle is charged with 100,00€. The Client/Renter shall return the motor home to the Lessor/Owner in a fully functional state, and with the fuel tank full. In the event of lack of compliance, we calculate a 10, 00€ fee for filling up the tank plus the cost of the quantity of fuel missing from the tank. The Lessor/Owner will calculate additional costs that he might have if repairing and additional work is needed.

The Client/Renter is not obliged to clean the motor home. But, if the interior of the vehicle is dirty to such ( fridge, upholstery, cooking stove, WC ) an extent that special and chemical cleaning is needed, this shall be charged to the Client/Renter as well. The Client/Renter shall bear all costs that are not covered by the insurance. Both parties must observe the agreed the pick up and drop off times. Pick up is possible between 14.00 and 16.00 hours and drop off is possible between 8.00 and 10.00 hours. The parties can agree upon different pick up and drop off times. A delay of less than one hour is tolerated, for delays between 1 and 4 hours we calculate 50% of the rental fee per day and for delays of over 4 hours the Client/Renter pays the fee for an extra day of rental!! The pick up and drop off of the vehicle outside the working hours, between 6.00pm and 8.00am, or on non-working days is possible at the request of the Client/Renter, but in that case we calculate an extra fee of 40,00€ per case, with respect to, Sunday and holidays extra fee 75,00€ ! If the vehicle (motor home) is returned at night, the Damage Deposit will not be refunded until the vehicle is inspected and taken over at day light. The permission to extend the rental period must be requested by the Client/Renter at least 48 hours prior to the time agreed for returning the vehicle at the same time with the payment of the fee for the prolonged rental.
If the Client/Renter does not return the vehicle at the agreed time and does not contact the Lessor/Owner, 2 hours after the time when the return was agreed the Lessor/Owner will consider that the Client/Renter concealed the vehicle and will take appropriate action according to the provisions of Criminal Law, namely of the law enforcement procedures (temporary measures) The vehicles shall be picked up and returned at the following location - Kobiljak, Kobiljačka 63, 10361 Sesvetski Kraljevec, SESVETE, ZAGREB , ( N 45.8263, E 16.15735).
The Liability of the Lessor/Owner
In the event of force majeure, impossibility to drive or use the vehicle, another period can be agreed upon or the entire paid fee shall be returned. PETRONI d.o.o. will not be liable for any other damages/obligations in connection to such cancellation of reservation.
The Lessor/Owner is entitled to check the state of the vehicle at any given moment as well as to take over the vehicle immediately if the Client/Renter breaches any of the provisions of this agreement.
In the event of a breakdown of the vehicle or of any part of the body section, the Lessor/Owner will do everything possible to eliminate the breakdown as soon as possible but, if the repairing is not possible, the Lessor/Owner shall not be liable for damages that could be suffered by the Client/Renter due to the damages on/inside the vehicle. In case crash accident caused by Client/Renter, the Lessor/Owner has no obligation give to Client/Renter alternative vehicle or refund unexploited days.
The Liability of the Client/Renter
The Client/Renter must make sure that every time he/she leaves the vehicle it is locked and that the documents are with the Client/Renter or in a safe place but are not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IN THE VEHICLE!! The Client/Renter is responsible for handling the vehicle with care and maintaining it tidy!
During the rental period the Client/Renter must check the fluid level in the motor, pressure in the tyres, and without delay announce the Lessor/Owner about any discovered flaw or breakdown, as well as about any unforeseeable danger that can menace the vehicle. The Client/Renter shall not load the vehicle beyond its rated capacity.
The Client/Renter shall not change any parts, circuits or devices in/on the vehicle without written consent from the Lessor/Owner.
The Client/Renter is liable for all damage, in or on the vehicle, as well as for all contraventions of road traffic laws.
The Client/Renter shall not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or sedatives.
Any expenses related to parking, contraventions of road traffic laws, highway tolls etc. shall be borne by Client/Renter.
In the event that the insurance company refuses to cover the damage occurred by the Client/Renter's fault, it shall be borne by the Client/Renter entirely.
The Client/Renter shall fill the tank with appropriate fuel, EURODIESEL BS ( BS class, BS premium or similar). In the event that wrong fuel is put in the vehicle or in the event of a breakdown of the motor, chassis or of the body of the vehicle that was caused in any other way by the Client/Renter, the Client/Renter shall bear the entire cost of repairing the damaged vehicle as well as other expenses caused to the Lessor/Owner by damaging the vehicle including loss of future rental of said vehicle according to the valid pricelist but not more than the fee calculated for a 30-day rental.

In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

During the rental period the Client/Renter must check the fluid level in the motor, pressure in the tyres, and without delay announce the Lessor/Owner about any discovered flaw or breakdown, as well as about any unforeseeable danger that can menace the vehicle. The Client/Renter shall not load the vehicle beyond its rated capacity.
The Client/Renter shall not change any parts, circuits or devices in/on the vehicle without written consent from the Lessor/Owner.
The Client/Renter is liable for all damage, in or on the vehicle, as well as for all contraventions of road traffic laws.
The Client/Renter shall not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or sedatives.
Any expenses related to parking, contraventions of road traffic laws, highway tolls etc. shall be borne by Client/Renter.
In the event that the insurance company refuses to cover the damage occurred by the Client/Renter's fault, it shall be borne by the Client/Renter entirely.
The Client/Renter shall fill the tank with appropriate fuel, EURODIESEL BS ( BS class, BS premium or similar). In the event that wrong fuel is put in the vehicle or in the event of a breakdown of the motor, chassis or of the body of the vehicle that was caused in any other way by the Client/Renter, the Client/Renter shall bear the entire cost of repairing the damaged vehicle as well as other expenses caused to the Lessor/Owner by damaging the vehicle including loss of future rental of said vehicle according to the valid pricelist but not more than the fee calculated for a 30-day rental.

To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Insurance: (This valid before 1st January 2012)
Upon collection of the vehicle the tenant gives the amount of 800,00€ (Aviano I640G and Grall Z600 8000.00) as bail to return the vehicle in unchanged condition as it was picked up in. The deposit covers loss of bonus Collision accident insurance, tort tenant. With my signature, the owner confirms that he received bail. In case of any exterior damage to the vehicle (for upgrades and chassis), the bail is not returned, until the vehicle is repaired and receives a written statement of what amount of insurance on behalf of the landlord loses the loss of bonuses to return to the old bonus, and to ensure no subsequent claims from third parties, in respect of recoveries made by the lessee. The deposit is covered by the impairment caused by damage to the vehicle. With regard to damage to or in a vehicle that is caused by the tenant, and that comprehensive insurance to cover the landlord shall immediately determine excited states do calculation of damages, opposed bail and returned immediately. If it is not possible to do the calculation immediately, the landlord has the right retain the full amount of bail to a complete vehicle repair and opposed bail to return on the final calculation. the clients sifnature on the lessee acknowledges that the lessor will cover a higher amount of damage caused, if the amount caused by damage, most of bail. The deposit can be paid on our account or Diners card.
Insurance: (This valid from 1st January 2012)
When picking up the vehicle the Client/Renter pays the amount of 6.000, 00kn /800,00€ (for Aviano I640G, Grall Z600 and Riviera Elite 8000,00kn// 1100,00€ ) as guarantee that the Client/Renter shall return the vehicle in the same condition as received. The Damage Deposit covers the loss of Casco insurance bonus in the event of accident caused by the Client/Renter. In the event of any kind of outside damage to the vehicle (to the body of the vehicle and chassis), the Damage Deposit shall not be refunded until the vehicle is not repaired and the insurance company does not issue a document stating the amount lost by the Lessor/Owner on account of loss of bonus until the return to the old bonus, as well as the fact that the insurance company did not receive any further claims from third persons regarding payment of damages that the Client/Renter caused. The Damage Deposit will cover the diminished value of the vehicle due to the caused damage. If a damage on or inside the vehicle which was caused by the Client/Renter is not covered by Casco, the Lessor/Owner will calculate the cost of the damage immediately after the assessment of the situation and, if the cost of the damage is smaller than the Damage Deposit, he will refund the difference immediately. If it is not possible to calculate the cost immediately, the Lessor/Owner is entitled to keep the full amount of the Damage Deposit until the vehicle is mended and return the difference at the final calculation. By signing the agreement the Client/Renter acknowledges that he/she will cover a higher cost of the caused damage, higher than the Damage Deposit. The Damage Deposit will be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. In case payment damage deposit by credit card using POS mashine, when The lessor refund amount will be decreased for 5% ( The bank provision transaction). In case when the Client/Renter using Diners or Americen express card, provision is 0%.
